马尔尼菲青霉菌感染的实验室检测

Laboratory detecting of infection of penicillium marneffei

目的确定检出患者体内所感染的病原体为马尔尼菲青霉菌。方法取患者血液、骨髓、淋巴结穿刺物涂片染色镜检和真菌双相培养,观察真菌生长情况及菌落形态,并涂片、固定、染色、显微镜下观察菌体特征。结果可排除组织胞浆菌,鉴定为马尔尼菲青霉菌。结论从患者体内分离出的病原菌鉴定为马尔尼菲青霉菌。

Objective To definite the pathogen was penicillium marneffei separated from the patient. Methods The blood or bone marrow or lymph nodes puncture liquid was observed directly and incubated at 25℃ and 37℃ respetively for fungi. The growth of penicillium marneffei were inspected and the characteristics of PM ＇S smear were observed under microscope. Results Histoplasma capsulatum was excluded and penicillium marneffei was identificated. Conclusions The pathogen separated from the patient was identified PM.
