摘要
目的分析295例真菌感染阳性标本分离鉴定及药敏试验结果,为临床感染性疾病提供病原学诊断和合理使用抗真菌药物的依据。方法对临床标本分离的真菌,用API鉴定仪鉴定,用ATB Fungus进行药敏试验,其中氟康唑用纸片扩散法监测。结果295株真菌共10个种,以白色念珠菌为主,各种真菌对7种抗真菌药物均出现不同程度耐药。结论提高真菌的检测手段,及时进行真菌培养和药敏试验,合理使用抗菌药物,对于减少真菌感染,特别是耐药菌株感染的发生有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the results of identifiaetion and durg sensitive test of 295 fungal infection samples, in order to provide guideline of etiologie diagnosis and suitable anti-fungus medieation for elinieal infeetious diseases. Methods The fungi in the speeimens were cultrured, isolated and identified, by API Mierode Identifiaetion system, The antifungal suseeptibility was deteeted by ATB Fungus system, and fluconazole was determined by K-B assay methods. Results Totally 295 isolates belonging to 10 speeies of fungi were identified, Candida albieans was the main speeis, All the peeies of fumgi was founedto be resistant to 7 antifungal drugs to Various extent. Conclusions Deteetion technique of fungal infeetion should be improved and anti-fungal medicime should be used reasonably aecording to the result of durg sensitive test so that the incidence of fungal infeetion, espeeially fungi-resistant infeetion eould be reduced.
