3H疗法治疗继发性缺血性脑梗塞43例体会

Treatment of 43 secondary ischemic cerebral infarction with 3H therapy

目的探讨3H疗法对继发性缺血性脑梗塞患者脑血供的改善作用及其对预后的影响。方法43例继发性缺血性脑梗塞患者入院后3—7天复查头颅CT出现缺血性脑梗塞改变,给予3H疗法治疗。结果治疗7天和14天后复查头颅CT与初次检查比较梗塞面积及梗塞灶个数,具有显著性差异,并且GOS评分预后较好。结论3H疗法可明显降低继发性缺血性脑梗塞面积,改善预后,是治疗继发性缺血性脑梗塞的有效方法。

Objective To discuss the effects and of 3H therapy to the secondary ischemic cerebral infarction and evacuate the prognosis of the patients. Methods 43 patients with the secondary isehemie cerebral infarction were given the 3H therapy, which were found after 3-7 days from admission. Results There is a significant decrease in the cerebral infarction and good functional recover were obtained. Conclusions 3H therapy is effective in patients with the secondary isehemie cerebral infarction.
