摘要 由于使用现浇楼板会大大的提高房屋的整体性、抗震性、抗不均匀沉降性和结构安全性。近年来,商品砼和现场自拌砼取代了古老传统的预制板工艺,但随之而来的现浇楼板裂缝问题又让人心忧。本文通过对现浇楼板裂缝原因分析,总结了裂缝的防治措施和裂缝的弥补处理,以供大家借鉴。 Due to the use of in - situ floor - slabs, such properties of buildings as integrity, vibration resistance, differential settlement resistance, and structure safety can be improved greatly. In recent years, traditional pre -fabricated floor- slabs have been irresistibly and obviously replaced by those made of commercial ready - mixed concrete and in - situ self - mixed concrete for building purpose. But, in - situ floor - slab crack issues subsequent thereto have brought great anxiety to us, Herein, the following are brought forward for reference : analysis on causes of in -situ floor -slab cracking; summaries on crack preventive and treatment measures; and summaries on crack remedy.
