摘要 介绍了一种新型的摩托车数字点火系统——火花点火调试仪的设计,该系统采集摩托车发动机在某一工况运行时磁电机发出的电信号,计算发动机的转速,并采集节气门位置传感器传来的节气门开度信号;在不同的转速和负荷下,扫描点火提前角,对比不同点火提前角时的动力性、经济性指标,得出该工况的最佳点火提前角;调节发动机的工况,重复上述扫描过程,最终得到发动机运行范围内以转速和负荷(以节气门开度表征)为参数的最佳点火提前角map图。 This paper aims to introduce the design of a new kind of motorcycle numerical tuning system - the spark tuning system. This system acquires electrical signals given off by magneto during the engine operating, computing the speed of engine, and collecting the signal of the throttle opening by the throttle position sensor. In different conditions, by scanning the advance angles, comparing the dynamic and economical indexes out- put by dynamometer and EFM (Electronic Fuel Metering) in different advance angles, it arrives at optimum advance angle under certain working condition. By means of adjusting engine working condition and repeating above scanning process, a final optimum advance angle map will be given out in the operating range of engine, taking speeds and loads characteristics by the throttle opening as reference.
