普米克令舒雾化吸人治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效观察

Curative Effect of Bronchiolitis Treated by Budesonide

目的探讨普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎患儿的疗效。方法将符合诊断标准毛细支气管炎患儿77例随机分为治疗组42例、对照组35例。两组均予抗感染、止咳化痰、补液、吸氧及压缩雾化吸入全乐宁等治疗，治疗组给予普米克令舒加入压缩雾化吸入，2次／d，对照组静脉滴注地塞米松0．2-0．4mg·kg^-·d^-1，每天1次滴入。结果治疗组总有效率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（x^2=3．85，P〈0．05）。结论普米克令舒压缩雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎疗效可靠，为治疗毛细支气管的首选方法。

Objective To investigate the curative effect in children with bronchiolitis treated by budesonide. Methods 77 Children with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups-42 children in treatment group and 35 childnen in control group. Both the groups were treated by anti - infection,relieving cough,reducing phlegm,giving infusion, breathing oxygen andnebulized ventolin. In treatment group,twice -daily budesonide inhalation was used in the patients,while in control group,once - daily dexamethasone（0.2- 0.4 mg ·kg^-1 ·d^-1）was dripped into the vein of the patients. Results The difference reached statistical significance compared the efficacions ratios between the treatment group and the control group （x^2 = 3.85,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Nebulized budesonide has trustworthy treatment effect to the children with bronchiolitis,and it is the best way to treat bronchiolits.
