摘要
本文阐述了关于光纤通信的半导体分布反馈激光器能量增益元件,传输波长等于1.55微米的二级藕合光栅的研制原理和工艺过程,介绍了记录全息光栅的一种近似方法,计算了可以忽略的理论误差,文章最后还提供了以磷化铟材料作衬底的三角形断面光栅的电镜扫描照片。这一工作在国内尚未见过报导。
This paper describes the research principle and fabrication
method of the second order grating with 1.55μm wavelength as a compo-
nent to raise output of the Distributed Feedback lasers. The report also
presents the approximate process for recording the holographic grating by
means of the interference of two beams of spherical wave fronts of equal
intensity and calculates aberration values effected by this method. The
values show that error is negligible.
We have made some experiments on the character of the photoresist
PB-212 made in China, which has been proved superior. The paper ends
by providing some electronic-scanning photographs of InP grating with
periods from 5000 (?) to 3800 (?).
