摘要
以螺杆端面角度检测为例,通过对几种基于图像处理的角度计算方法比较,最后采用Hough变换的方法计算工件的旋转角度。并且改进了预处理中的边缘提取算法。实验结果证明,此方法能快速准确地检测出螺杆端面的角度,并且可以应用到其它类似工件的角度检测中。
Three methods of computing the part's angle are compared in the example of screw end angle detection. Hough transform is the best one for computing part's angle. And improve the edge track arithmetic in preprocessing. Experiment results show that the method can find out the screw's end angle quickly and accurately. This method can also used in other similar workpieces' angle detection.
