摘要
就基体热处理工序安放在脉冲放电强化前、后2种状态分别进行了研究。结果对比发现,2种状态的涂层主要组成相都为W2C,Fe3W3C,硬度和耐磨性相差也很小;但对于热处理后进行脉冲强化的试样观察,发现与涂层相邻的基体出现了明显的热影响区。
In This Paper,two states about heat treatment process going on before or behind the Electrospark Alloying(ESA) are studied. The results show that the coating's main phases of the two states are W2C、Fe3W3C and their hardness and wear resistance are similar. But the ESA samples after heat treatment are observed and discovered heat-affected zone between matrix and coating.
