直接数字化成像系统在尺骨撞击综合征诊断中的应用

Application of DR in Ulnar lmpaction Syndrome

目的:分析尺骨撞击综合征直接数字化成像系统(DR)平片X线表现和DR检查的应用价值。方法:选择16例腕关节尺侧疼痛,经临床和关节镜检查证实的尺骨撞击综合征病例,分析DR平片表现并进行X线测量。结果:尺骨阳性变异11例,变异范围1 mm～3.6 mm,平均2.2mm,中性变异3例,阴性变异2例,变异范围1.4 mm～2 mm。平均1.7mm,3例中性和2例阴性变异患者腕关节动力位片表现为尺骨阳性变异;16例中9例腕骨发生改变,其中3例同时出现月骨和三角骨坏死,5例单纯出现月骨坏死,1例单纯表现为三角骨坏死。结论:DR平片尺骨阳性变异和继发的月骨和三角骨坏死对尺骨撞击综合征的诊断有重要参考价值。

Objective To study x-ray sign in DR plain flilm of ulnar impaction syndrome and evaluate value oi DR exam- ine in ulnar impaction syndrome. Methods To select 16 cases with ulnar side wrist pain that ulnar impaction syndrome were diagnosed by arthroscopy, to analyze its＇x-ray sign and x-ray measurement in DR plan flilm. Results Positive ulnar variance was found in 11 cases, the range of positive ulnar variance was 1 mm to 3.6 mm and the average ulnar variance was 2.2 ram, neutral ulnar variance was found in 3 cases and negative ulnar variance was found in 2 cases , the range of negative ulnar vari- ance was 1.4 mm to 2 mm and the average ulnar variance was 1.7 mm, 3 cases of neutral ulnar varianceand 2 cases of negative ulnar varianc were dispalied positive ulnar variance in dynamic view. bone necrosis of lunate accompaniment of triquetrum was presented in 5 cases ,and 5 cases lunate bone necrosis and lcases triquetrum bone necrosis was found in 16 cases, Conclusion Positive ulnar variance and secondary of bone necrosis of lunate and triquetrum have important value of diagnosis in ulnar impaction syndrome.
