摘要 目的:探讨膝关节损伤低场强的MRI表现及其临床应用价值。方法:对82例经临床或手术证实的膝关节损伤患者的MRI表现进行回顾性分析。结果:半月板损伤64例,MRI表现为半月板内出现线状、条状、星形裂隙样异常高信号,累及或不累及半月板的关节面60例;半月板变形缩小8例。前交叉韧带损伤14例,后交叉韧带损伤g例,侧副韧带损伤4例,表现为韧带的连续性存在、部分存在及完全撕裂,其内部出现局限性或弥漫性异常信号。关节积液、渗出30例,MRI表现为关节腔内异常信号或关节囊肿胀。隐匿性骨折及骨挫伤14例,表现为骨质局限性或弥漫性异常信号。胭窝囊肿6例,半月板囊肿2例,MRI表现为类圆形,边缘光滑的囊性肿块,信号均匀,T_1WI呈等或稍低信,T_2WI呈高信号。结论:MRI对膝关节损伤的各种表现显示清楚,对临床有指导意义。 Objective To discuss magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) features of knee joint injury and evaluate its clinical application value with Low Field MRI. Methods Eighty-two patients with knee joint injury confirmed by clinical operation were retrospectively analyzed and summa rized through reviewing their MRI features. Results Meniscus injury in 64 cases displayed nodular or not,linear,radial fissure-shaped high intensity signal in the meniscus by MRI , which were in the facies articularis of menis cusor, Meniscus 8 cases displayed transform, contract. Anterior cruciate ligament injury was found in 14 cases, poste- rior cruciate ligament injury in 8 cases, and the side vice-ligaments injury in 4 cases. In these cases, MRI displayed total or partial interruption or no interruption in the injuried ligament, whose MRI showed localized or diffused abnomal signals, Joint effusion in 30 cases displayed abnomal signals or joint capsular swelling in the joint cavity. Cryptic fracture and bone contusion in 14 cases displayed localized or diffused abnomal signals in the bone. Poplitealcyst in 6 cases, menliscalcyst in 2 cases, In these cases, MRI displayed were characteristc by cysrtic masses with smooth outline, homogeneous attenuation, lowor intermediate signal intensity in Tl-weighted images and increased signal intensity in T2-weighted images. Conclusion MRI can clearly show various appearances of knee joing injury and have instructional significance for clinic.
