脑肿瘤患者心理健康状况及心理干预的研究

Study on Psychological Health of Patients with Brain Tumour and their Mental Intervention

目的:了解脑肿瘤患者的心理健康状况及心理干预对心理健康的影响。方法:将78例脑肿瘤患者作为实验组(A组)及选择性别、年龄、学历等与A组基本匹配的78例健康人作为对照组(B组)。对两组进行心理健康水平评定。A组评定时间为入院后1周内及心理干预后1个月,评定工具采用症状自评量表。结果:A组的总分、9个因子得分以及这些因子的阳性例数都高于B组(P<0.01或P&0.05);A组干预后1个月其总分、9个因子得分明显低于干预前(P<0.01)。结论:脑肿瘤患者组患者心理健康水平差,心理干预可以有效提高患者的心理健康水平。

Objective To Study on psychological health of patients with brain tumour and influence of mental intervention on psychological health of them. Methods A total of 78 cases of brain tumour inpatients were as experimental group （ Group A ） , and other 78 cases of healthy individuals matching to Group A in gender , age, academic career and so on were as control group, psychological health levels of subjects the two groups were evaluated respectively by filling out symptoms checklist 90 （SCL-90）. Results In terms of the total score, scores of 9 factors and positive cases of them in Group A patients were higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. The total score, scores of 9 factors in Group A one months after intervention were apparently lower than that of before intervention（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Psychological health level of Group A patients was poor, and psychological intervention may improve mental health level of patients effectively.
