摘要
目的:分析听力障碍患者听阈值与正常人的差异及精神心理因素对结果的影响。方法:用amplaid 455型纯音测听仪对100名听力障碍者及100名正常人进行纯音听阈测试并进行听阈值实验前后的比较与分析。结果:听力障碍者与正常人测试出的听力阈值差异有显著性,且听力障碍者的主观听阈值比实际听阈值偏大。结论:这种现象的原因是由于实验组患者的精神心理因素的影响。在临床工作中,应重视这种主观心理因素的作用,结合病史与病情正确分析听力障碍者的纯音测听图。
Objective To find out the situations of the hearing loss, which differ from the people without heating impairmeut in hearing threshold and the balance between ears on their level. Methods There are 100 patients and 100 healthy adult people being tested by arnplaid 455 pure-tone Audiometer. Results There are obviously different between two groups, and the thresholds of deaf people are often bigger. Conclusion The reasons of those are of the disturbance with neuron-psychological factors. The test reveals that it is important to be careful of the effects coming from the neuropsychological factors of patients when analvzing audiogram.
