摘要
对老鼠簕中类黄酮的提取及其生理活性进行初步研究,实验发现,采用水浸提的方法对新鲜叶片进行类黄酮的提取效果最好,提取率可达10.91%.经正交实验分析,确定水浸提法提取类黄酮的最佳条件为:温度100℃,提取时间2 h,料液比1∶7.对提取的类黄酮化合物的定性分析表明,在老鼠簕的茎叶中均含有黄酮、黄酮醇、二氢黄酮、二氢黄酮醇、4-’羟基黄酮醇和7,4-’二羟基黄酮醇等多种类型的类黄酮化合物.通过体外抗氧化分析表明,老鼠簕类黄酮粗提物具有较强的抗猪油氧化作用、清除羟自由基和抗脂质过氧化的能力.抑菌实验证明其对大肠杆菌、河弧菌等常见致病菌也有一定的抑制作用.
