水系是城市存在和发展的基础,是塑造城市景观空间环境的载体,在城市规划设计中具有重要作用。城市水系规划应坚持自然生态、多样性、亲水性等原则,注重对生态堤岸、自然生态景观的塑造,加强对水系和环境质量的保护,挖掘城市文化内涵,以构建独具地方特色的城市水系环境。

Water system is the basis of a city’s existence and development as well as the carrier of urban landscape environment. Urban water system planning shall stick to ecological principles,emphasize ecological landscaping of river banks,protect water system and environment,and explore urban culture to build a characteristic urban water environment.
