浅析城市商业网点规划建设——以北海市为例

A Probe on Urban Commercial NetworkPlanning——A Case Study of Beihai City

新时期商业网点规划已经成为城市规划的一个重要组成部分,对增强城市的集聚功能和辐射驱动力、促进城市有机和合理的发展具有重要作用。目前,北海市中心城区商业网点布局存在网点分布不尽合理、配套设施建设严重滞后的问题,应通过合理规划布局,有效引导商业网点建设,促使老城区焕发出新的生命力,提高新城区的商业集聚度。

Commercial network planning has become an integral part of urban planning in that it is important in strengthening a city’s centralization and radiation as well as promoting a city’s organic and reasonable development. Currently,Beihai commercial network has problems of unreasonable distribution and infrastructure shortage. Planning shall be made to guide commercial network construction,boost the old district’s development,and improve the centralization of new district.
