A Study on the Jiaozhou Bay Tunnel Planning at Qingdao End

青岛胶州湾海底隧道青岛端连接线经过滨海老城区。老城区三面环海,地形起伏大,内有大量风貌保护建筑,路网密度大,道路断面尺寸小,有多套单行系统。连接线规划根据以上特点,统筹兼顾,在保证基本交通功能的基础上,重视研究重大交通设施对城市用地、城市空间、老城区的更新等方面的影响。

Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay Tunnel at Qingdao goes down through the old city area where there are many historical houses. Furthermore,the terrain of the old city is undulating with high-density traffic system. With respect to these characteristics,the tunnel puts much consideration in land use,urban space,and regeneration of old city.
