脂肪肝与谷丙转氨酶、血糖及血脂的相关性分析

目的探讨脂肪肝与谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、血糖(FBG)、甘油三酯(TG)和总胆固醇(TC)的相关性,为预防脂肪肝提供依据。方法2006年10月对某高校816名高级知识分子、高级干部进行健康体检,B超检查诊断脂肪肝218例,同时空腹抽血进行谷丙转氨酶、血糖、甘油三酯、总胆固醇的测定,并对结果进行分析。结果脂肪肝患者血清谷丙转氨酶、血糖、甘油三酯和总胆固醇的异常率均高于非脂肪肝组,且随着脂肪肝程度的加重,血清谷丙转氨酶、血糖和甘油三酯的异常率越高。结论脂肪肝与患者血清谷丙转氨酶、血糖、甘油三酯和总胆固醇的异常有关。

Objective To investigate the correlation of fatty liver with alanine am inotransferase , blood glucose and blood fat. Methods 816 senior intellectuals received physical examination in October 2006, 218 cases of fatty liver and 598 cases non-fatty liver were found by ultrasonic diagnosis, and were compared with the above 4 factors. Results Four indexes, alanine am inotransferase （ALT）, blood glucose（ FBG）, triglyceride（TG） and total cholesterol（TC） in patients with fatty liver were significantly higher than those in the non-fatty liver group, and with the increase of severity, the possibility of abnomal alanine am inotransferase, blood glucose, and triglyceride also increased. Conclusion The incidence of fatty liver has a positive correlation with alanine am inotransferase , blood glucose and blood lipid.
