甲醛超声雾化消毒器对脊髓灰质炎病毒灭活效果的实验观察

摘要 目的检测甲醛超声雾化消毒器对脊髓灰质炎病毒灭活效果。方法通过物表消毒模拟现场试验,检测甲醛超声雾化消毒器对污染于玻璃载体表面的脊髓灰质炎病毒灭活效果。结果在试验条件下,当空气中甲醛初始浓度达到737mg/m3时,薰蒸60min,能够完全灭活污染于载体上的脊髓灰质炎病毒。结论甲醛超声雾化消毒器对脊髓灰质炎病毒具有可靠的灭活效果。 Objective To detect the poliovirus inactivation effect of the formaldehyde ultrasonic nebulization sterilizer. Methods Using the object's surface sterilization test to simulate the field experiment, and detect the deactivation effects of the methanal ultrasonic nebulization sterilizer on poliovirus-contaminated glass slides. Results Poliovirus on the glass carrier could be completely inactivated when treated 60 minutes by formaldehyde at the concentration of 737 mg/m^3. Conclusion The methanal ultrasonic nebulization sterilizer has reliable inactive effect on poliovirus.
