突发性耳聋患者入院相关因素的特征分析及护理对策

Characteristics analysis and nursing on patients with sudden hearing loss

目的通过对361例突发性耳聋患者入院相关因素的特征进行分析,在配合医疗的基础上,有针对性地制定积极有效的健康宣教等护理措施,以达到最大限度挽救患者听力,降低该群体的发病率和复发率,提高生活质量。方法采用我院统一的入院评估首页,由责任护士进行一对一的问卷调查。结果突发耳聋患者以男性多见,发病年龄多集中在40-59岁组;该人群发病季节以第1、3季度多见。病因以长期情绪紧张、工作疲劳后和病毒感染等为主。结论责任护士根据评估的入院相关因素的特征,给予积极有效的健康宣教等护理措施是非常必要的、科学的。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of the correlative factors in 360 hospitalization patients with sudden hearing loss, and to establish effective nursing measures such as health instruction in order to reduce the incidence of hearing loss and improve their quality of life, Methods 360 patients with sudden hearing loss were investigated with unified hospital appraisement homepage by nurses. Results Male patients predominated in all patients with sudden-hearing-loss, and their age ranged from 40 to 59 years old, and most patients were taken bad in spring and autumn, Long-term nervous tension, overwork, virus infection were the main causes of the disease. Conclusions It＇s necessary and scientific for the patients to take effective nursing measures according to the characteristics of the correlative factors.
