变态反应性鼻炎患者生活质量的评价及护理干预

Evaluation of life quality of patients with allergic rhinitis and the nursing intervention

目的探讨变态反应性鼻炎对患者生活质量的影响,以便提供有效的护理干预及康复指导,提高其生活质量。方法采用患者自评的方法对269例变态反应性鼻炎患者进行测评分析。结果变态反应性鼻炎的高发生率和严重程度与生活质量密切相关,并对生活有一定负面影响。结论医护人员提供良好的康复治疗方法和护理干预,有利于变态反应性鼻炎患者的康复。

Objective To investigate the influence of allergic rhinitis on the quality of life of the patients, to offer an effective nursing intervention and rehabilitation support to the patients, and to raise patients＇ life quality. Methods 269 patients with allergic rhinitis were measured and analyzed through self-evaluation. Results The high frequency and severity of allergic rhinitis had a close relationship with the life quality, and might have a negative effect on the patients＇ life. Conclusions The rehabilitative method and nursing intervention provided by the doctors and nurses are helpful to the recovery of patients with allergic rhinitis.
