摘要
目的探索运用护理程序对胃癌患者进行围手术期健康教育的效果。方法将60例胃癌患者随机分为实验组及对照组各30例,实验组采用护理程序进行健康教育,对照组进行常规健康教育。结果实验组患者在疾病认知、检查指导、术前准备知识、用药知识、术后配合知识、饮食知识、康复知识、及自我护理能力等方面的效果明显高于对照组,经χ^2检验,差异均有显著性意义(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论运用护理程序对胃癌患者进行围手术期健康教育,显著地提高了健康教育效果和患者的自我保健能力,并能适用于普外科其它疾病的健康教育。
Objective To investigate the effects of clinical path circulation on the perioperative health education of gastric cancer patients. Methods Sixty gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. Clinical path circulation was adopted in the perioperative health education in the experimental group and common health education was conducted in the control group. Results Patients in the experimental group had better effects than those in the control group on disease cognition, examination guidance, knowledge of preoperative preparation, knowledge of medication, knowledge of postoperative cooperation, knowledge of diet, knowledge of convalescence and abil- ity of self health care. There were statistic differences on these effects between the two groups (P〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01). Conclusions Application of clinical path circulation to the perioperative health education of gastric cancer patients can increase the effects of health education and ability of self health care, and can be performed in other diseases of general surgery.
