留置导尿操作中护生沟通能力的培养

摘要 目的加强护生沟通能力的培养,以适应现代护理的需要。方法用护理程序框架修改留置导尿操作流程图,把解释的内容和步骤融入操作流程,对94例毕业实习的护生进行培训。结果训练后护生的人际交往沟通能力增强(P〈0.05)。结论加强护生语言表达能力,发挥带教教师的作用,营造轻松的沟通环境,可提高其人际沟通能力。 Objective To help the nursing students adapt to the demands of modern nursing by cultivating their interpersonal communication ability. Methods 94 nursing students were trained with u rethral catheterization flow chart which was modified by modern nursing frame. Results The nursing students' interpersonal communication ability was improved significantly after the training (P 〈 0.0,5). Conclusions The nursing students' linguistic ability and the teachers' leaching ability should be strengthened and a comfortable teaching atmosphere should be formed, by which the nursing students' interpersonal ability can be improved.
