摘要
目的探讨档案式管理在门诊糖尿病患者健康教育中的作用。方法将600例糖尿病患者分为观察组与对照组各300例,进行健康教育,观察组建立档案,在1年期间观察各组患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、并发症的情况,并调查患者满意度。结果观察组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖较对照组明显降低(P均〈0.001);观察组各种并发症较对照组明显减少(P〈0.001);观察组平均满意度为95.8%高于对照组。结论对糖尿病患者实施健康教育的同时建立档案,可保持健康教育的持续性,降低血糖,减少并发症。并加强了护患关系,提高了患者满意度。
Objective To exptore the effect of archive--mode management in heahh education for the out--patients with diabetes mettitus. Methods 600 out--patients with diahetes mettitus received heahh education and were divided into test group and controt group, 300 cases in each group. Archive was estabtished /or the patients in test group. Fasting btood sugar, btood sugar 2 hours after dinner and comptications Were observed in the fottowing one year. Atso the satisfaction degree of patients was evatuated. Resutts Compared with controt group, fasting btood sugar, btood sugar 2 hours after dinner in test group were decreased ( P〈 0. 001 ). (Tomplications in test group were tess than that of control group (P Q 0. 001 ). The mean satisfaction degruu in test group (95.81%) was higher than controJ group. Con- ctusions In Ihe patients with diabetes mellitus, archive and health education are benefh for the persistence of health education, decreasing blood sugar and incidence of complication, and strengthening the relationship between nurses and patients, and improving the patients' satisfaction degree.
