摘要
目的探讨纽曼系统模式护理程序在慢性乙型肝炎患者护理中的作用。方法随机分为2组,对照组50例,采用常规医护指导方法;干预组52例,除常规治疗护理外,针对不良的生活方式及心理压力进行干预。当患者出现潜在应激反应时给予初级预防;当患者出现应激反应时给予二级预防;当患者系统达到了一定程度的稳定时,给予三级预防。结果干预组患者出院时,对肝炎相关知识了解及自理能力较对照组增强,心理压力较对照组明显减轻。结论纽曼系统模式护理程序体现了“以患者为中心”的整体护理内涵,提高了护理质量,改善了慢性乙型肝炎患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of Neuman systems model nursing process in nursing of patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods 102 cases of chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 50 cases in the control group being given a common treatment, 52 cases in the experiment group being given an intervention against the bad life-style and psychological stress besides the common treatment. Primary prevention could be offered when the patients appeared sub-clinical stress reaction; secondary prevention could be offered when the patients appeared stress reaction; tertiary prevention could be offered when the patients' systems reached quiet at a certain extent. Results Compared with patients in the control group, the patients in the experiment group had more knowledge about hepatitis, more capability of taking care of themselves and less mental stress when they were discharged from the hospital. Conclusions Neuman systems model nursing process has shown the holistic nursing connotation of "patient-centered nursing", improved the nursing quality, and ameliorated the life quality of patients with chronic hepatitis B.
