糖尿病足分期中药外治的效果观察

Effect observation of traditional Chinese drug in diabetic foot

目的探讨采用中药制剂分期外治对糖尿病足部溃疡愈合时间的影响。方法根据随机与平衡的原则对56例糖尿病足患者分为治疗组28例和对照组28例,2组患者均在相同的全身治疗和局部溃疡基础治疗的基础上,治疗组根据溃疡不同时期外用不同作用的中药制剂,对照组则外用混合液纱（敏感抗生素＋654-2＋胰岛素等）。结果2组病例在血糖、糖化血红蛋白及营养情况均无显著性差异的情况下,治疗组愈合率高、愈合时间短,无效病例治疗组明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论根据糖尿病足溃疡不同阶段的伤口情况,外用不同作用的中药制剂,能有效提高愈合率,缩短溃疡的愈合时间,减少截肢率。

Objective To explore the effect of Chinese drugs preparation （CDP） external using on the healing time of diabetic foot ulcer （DFU）. Methods According to the principles of randomization and balance, 56 patients with DFU were divided into two groups： treatment group and control group, and 28 cases in each group. All of the patients received identical and conventional treatment of all over the body and the ulcer in foot. On the basis of that, treatment group used different CDP externally by stages of ulcer, and control group used the mixed gauze （contained sensitive antibiotics, anisodamine and insulin） on the surface of ulcer. Results Two groups hadn＇t conspicuous disparity in blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and nutrition （P 〉 0.05）. Compared with control group, treatment group had higher healing rate and shorter healing time and fewer inefficient cases, and the differences were significant （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions According to the condition of DFU, using different CDP externally can elevate the healing rate, shorten the healing time, and decrease the rate of amputation.
