探讨加强管理与沟通对入住ICU患者康复的影响及作用。强调术前的管理与术后ICU专科护士的高质量护理措施的重要性,最大限度地发挥家庭支持系统的作用,减轻患者在ICU期间的心理压力,建立和谐的护患关系,提高临床护理质量。

In this article, we discussed the effect and action of strengthening the communications with and the administrations of the family members on the rehabilitation of the patients in ICU. With an emphasis on the importance of the preoperative administrations and the high-quality postoperative nursing measures taken by the professional ICU nurses, we sought for the routes on how to exert the function of family supporting system to the greatest limit, tried to reduce the mental stress of the patients in ICU, strived to establish a harmony relationship between nurses and patients, and did our best to elevate the quality of clinical nursing care.
