老年患者静脉抽血后按压针眼方法的观察

Observation of a new method of pressing the point of vain puncture after phlebotomize for elderly patients

目的探讨老年患者静脉抽血后采用不同按压针眼的方法减少局部皮下淤血的效果。方法对450例老年患者随机分为3组,对3组患者抽血后分别对针眼采用固定力度按压3min（A组,n=150例）、固定力度按压5min（B组,n=150例）和逐渐减压按压3min（C组,n=150例）进行皮下淤血发生率的比较。结果B组和C组的皮下淤血发生率均低于A组,有显著统计学意义（P〈0.01）;B组和C组的淤血发生率无差别（P〉0.01）。结论逐渐减压按压3min法较固定力度按压5min法能缩短按压时间,同时可有效减少针眼局部皮下淤血的发生。

Objective To discuss the effect of different methods of pressing on the point of vain puncture to reduce the rate of hypodermic gore after phlebotomize. Methods 450 elderly patients were randomly divided into three groups which were carried out fixed pressure on the point of puncture after phlebotomize for 3 minutes （A group, n = 150） .fixed pressure on the point of puncture after phlebotomize for 5 minutes （B group, n = 150）,and gradually reducing pressure on the point of puncture after phlebotomize for 3 minutes （C group, n = 150）. The rate of hypodermic gore were compared. Results The rate of hypodermic gore in B group and C group were lower than in A group （P 〈 0.01） ; There was no significant difference between B group and C group （P 〉 0.01）. Conclusions The method of gradually reducing pressure on the point of vain puncture for 3 minutes can more effectively reduce the rate of hypodermic gore than the method of fixed pressure on the point of puncture after phlebotomize for 5 minutes.
