肘正中静脉采血法在婴幼儿的应用

Application of blood collection from median cubital vein in infants

目的探讨婴幼儿肘正中静脉采血法的应用效果,提高婴幼儿静脉穿刺质量。方法将1134例婴幼儿随机分为观察组（612例）和对照组（522例）,分别选用肘正中静脉穿刺和头皮、四肢浅静脉穿刺。结果观察组穿刺一次成功率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论婴幼儿肘正中静脉采血法,具有缩短选点时间、操作简便、患儿的痛苦小、安全、对血管的损伤小、无并发症等优点;可提高穿刺成功率及护理工作效率,提高患者家属的满意度、信心,缩短患儿哭闹时间,患儿家属更容易接受,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of blood collection from median cubital vein in infants, and to advance the quality of vein puncture in infants. Methods 1 134 infants were divided into the observation group （612 cases） and the control group （522 cases） randomly. The two groups adopted the median cubital vein puncture, four extremities vein puncture or scalp superficial vein puncture, respectively. Results The one-time success rate of puncture in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The blood collection from median cubital vein in infants has many advantages, such as shorter time of point selection, ease of operation, a little pain, safety, a little damage to blood vessel and no complications. In addition, the method can increase the puncture success rate and the nursing work efficiency, improve the satisfaction degree and confidence of family members of patients, shorten the blubbering time. thereby the family member of infant patients are easier to accept the method. So it is worthy of being widely used in the clinic.
