摘要
目的探讨健康教育在妇科宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染患者中的作用。方法将100例宫颈液基细胞学检测结果正常且高危型人乳头瘤病毒检测为阳性的患者随机分成2组:对照组和健康教育组。对健康教育组实施不同形式的健康教育,对照组采用简单的问答式回答。评估2组患者在焦虑、HPV相关知识回答正确率、随访率及随访中HPV转阴率中存在的差异。结果对照组焦虑情绪明显高于健康教育组(P〈0.05),健康教育组在HPV相关知识综合掌握率、随访率中评分明显优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论重视HPV感染患者的健康教育,提高患者对自身疾病的认识,可促进患者疾病的顺利康复。健康教育还可以让更多患者随诊,并减少随诊中高危患者的丢失,从而减少宫颈癌的发生。
Objective To explore the effect of health education on the cervical HPV (human papillomavirus)-affected patients. Methods 100 cases with HPV affection were divided into two groups, i.e., the control group and the health education group. All the patients had normal results of liquid-based cytologic test and positive result of high-risk HPV test. Various forms of health education were given to the latter group while a simple question-and-answer education was designed for the former group. Then differences between the patients in the two groups were evaluated from aspects of anxious feeling, understanding of HPV-related knowledge, follow-up rate and the difference existing in the turning negative ratio of HPV. Results Anxious feeling of the patients in the control group proved to be obviously more serious than that of the patients in the other group (P〈0.05) while the latter proved to be much better in aspects of scores of understanding of HPV-related knowledge and the follow-up rate (P〈0.05). Conclusions Emphasis of health education to HPV-affected patients and better knowledge of their own illness could help the patients recover successfully. In addition, health education can make more patients join in the random diagnosis and reduce the negligence for the high-risk patients so as to reduce the occurrence of cervical cancer.
