摘要
目的观察2种不同部位的静脉穿刺置管行5-Fu微量泵灌注化疗的差异。方法将100例患者随机分成2组:颈外静脉穿刺置管组(50例)和前臂静脉穿刺置管组(50例),观察比较2组患者的5-Fu微量泵灌注速度,发生静脉炎、渗漏、套管卷折和脱出情况。结果2组患者5-Fu微量泵灌注速度无显著性差异(P〉0.05);颈外组与前臂组发生静脉炎及渗漏情况有显著性差异(P〈0.001或P〈0.05);套管卷折发生率则颈外组较前臂组略有增多;前臂组发生套管脱出1例,颈外组无发生脱出例数。结论颈外静脉置管行5-Fu微量泵灌注化疗总体上优于前臂静脉置管。对要求外周静脉置管化疗者,建议操作者首选颈外静脉穿刺置管,也可依具体情况选择合适部位进行穿刺。
Objective To observe the differences of vein indwelling catheter in two different ways. Methods 100 cases involved in the study were divided into two groups at random, with 50 cases receiving external jugular vein puncture indwelling catheter (the external jugular group) and another 50 cases receiving forearm vein puncture indwelling catheter (the forearm group). The speed of 5-Fu micro-pump, phlebitis, leakage, folding and slippage were compared between patients in the two groups. Results There were significant differences in the incidence rate of phlebitis and leakage between the two groups (P〈0.001, P〈0.05), but not in terms of speed (P〉0.05). The incidence rate of folding in the external jugular group increased slightly than that of the forearm group. There was 1 case of slippage occurred in the forearm group, while no case in the external jugular group. Conclusions External jugular vein indwelling catheter for 5-Fu micro-pump infusion chemotherapy is better than forearm-vein’s. For the patients required peripheral vein catheterization chemotherapy, it suggests to choosing external jugular vein puncture indwelling catheter way firstly, and may also choose suitable sites for puncture according to the specific instance.
