^125I粒子植入术患者健康教育需求调查分析与对策

Investigation, analysis and countermeasures on the health education needs in patients with ^125I brachytherapy

目的了解^125I粒子植入术患者健康教育的需求状况。方法选取行125I粒子植入术患者43例,采用自行设计的调查问卷了解患者对该手术相关知识及教育方式的需求,对其相关因素进行分析并提出相应护理对策。结果90%以上患者对所设立的健康教育知识存有需求;95.34%的患者选择一对一的健康教育方式。结论对125I粒子植入术患者进行健康教育时,应突出重点、重视出院指导,尽可能进行个别指导,以提高患者的治疗效果及生存质量。

Objective To determine the health education needs in patients with ^125I brachytherapy.Methods 43 patients with ^125I brachytherapy were investigated about their needs on ^125I brachytherapy related knowledge and preferred means of health education with self-designed questionnaire. Then the influential factors were analyzed to take appropriate nursing countermeasures.Results More than 90% of the patients showed the needs on the health education, 95.34% preferred the means of person-to-person instruction.Conclusions In order to enhance the treatment effect and improve patients’quality of life, the health education for patients with ^125I brachytherapy should lay stress on the key points, attach importance to the discharge education and provide individualized instruction.
