社区劳务工护理需求及影响因素调查

Investigation of demands and influencing factors for service labors in community

目的了解劳务工护理需求情况及影响因素。方法采用问卷调查法对社区劳务工进行调查。结果调查显示社区劳务工的护理需求与劳务工的婚姻状况、文化程度、经济收入、个人素质等相关。结论改变劳务工健康观是开展社区护理的关键,建立健全劳务工医疗保险制度是开展社区护理的经济保障,同时应加强与社区医疗相结合,完善社区卫生服务体系,将社区卫生纳入医疗保险制度中,拓展社区服务的范围。

Objective To understand the attendant demands and influencing factors for services labors. Methods The services labors in community were investigated using the questionnaire-survey method. Results The investigation showed that the marriage, education, income and personal qualities were associated with the nursing demands for services labors. Conclusions To change the healthy viewpoint is the key to develop the community nursing; to establish and strengthen the services medical insurance system is the economic guarantee to develop the community nursing. At the same time, we should strengthen the combination with community’s medical treatment and improve the community’s hygiene service system, then bring the community hygiene into the medical insurance system and develop the scope of community service.
