目的规避抢救过程中护理风险的发生,减少风险带来的损害,确保护理安全。方法通过完善规章制度、加强专业培训、加强护患沟通、强化法律意识、建立风险呈报制度等手段,减少护理风险发生率。结果护士风险意识提高,抢救过程中未发生护理纠纷及护理差错与事故。结论实施有效护理风险管理,对预防病人抢救过程中的护理不安全隐患、减少风险事件的损害具有重要的作用。

Objective To avoid the nursing risks and reduce the damages in rescuing patients, thereby ensuring the safety of nursing. Methods The following measures were carried out, such as perfecting rules and regulations, enforcing nursing training, enhancing communication between patients and nurses, enhancing lawful awareness, establishing rules of risks reports, so as to reducing the incidence rate of nursing risks. Results The risk awareness of nurses was improved. There were no nursing disputes and nursing errors during the process of rescuing. Conclusions Conducting an effective management of nursing risks plays an important role in preventing the unsafe hidden troubles of nursing and reducing the damages of risk events during rescuing the patients.
