四钉头架在颈椎后路手术中的应用

Application of four-nail head brace in cervical surgery using posterior approach and the nursing measures

目的探讨四钉头架在颈椎后路手术中的应用价值与护理体会。方法应用四钉头架作术中体位颈椎后路手术15例,观察其体位固定的确切性,操作与护理的灵活性,手术时间,出血量,术中并发症的发生率。结果15例手术中体位固定确切,操作灵活,护理方便,手术时间2～4.5h,出血量230～650ml,术中无并发症的发生。结论四钉头架在颈椎后路手术体位固定中固定确切,操作灵活,护理方便,安全可靠,值得推广。

Objective To explore the value of using four nail head brace in the posterior approach cervical surgery and the nursing experiences. Methods 15 cases were analyzed who accepted the cervical posterior approach fixed with four nail head brace from January 2003 to December 2005. The fixing effect of body position, flexibility of operation and nursing, operation time, hemorrhage volume and incidence rate of complications were observed. Results We obtained precise fixation of body position in all 15 cases. The operation could operate flexibly and the nursing was convenient. The operation time was from 2 to 4.5 hours and the volume of hemorrhage was from 230 to 650ml. There was no any complication in the operation. Conclusions The precise fixation could be obtained by using four nail head brace in the cervical posterior approach operation. It is a safe method for flexible handling and convenient nursing, so it is worthy of spreading.
