护理程序在1例高龄老年肝动脉栓塞化疗中的运用

Application of nursing procedure in 1 elderly patient with transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization

评价护理程序在高龄老年肝动脉化疗栓塞患者的治疗和护理过程中的作用。对我院收治的1例高龄老年肝动脉化疗栓塞患者的病历资料进行全面的护理评估,提出护理诊断,确立护理目标,实施有效的护理措施,最后给予科学的护理评价;成功地将护理程序应用于老年肝动脉化疗栓塞患者的治疗和护理过程中,从而减少患者的并发症和提高患者的生活质量。

To evaluate the effect of nursing procedure on an elderly patient received transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization （TACE） and nursing process. The case material of the high elderly patient in our hospital was assessed , nursing diagnosis was put forward, nursing target was established, nursing measures were carried out effectively and nursing effectiveness was evaluated finally. Nursing procedure is successfully applied in the process of cure and nursing of the patient with TACE, which is helphul to reduce the patient’s complication and raise quality of life.
