Research on Strategic Network Based on Dissipative Structure Theory

战略网络是一种新型组织方式,它的形成机理、演化过程都表现出显著的自组织性。认为战略网络符合耗散结构的条件,是一个无需外界特定指令而能自行产生、自我适应和自我复制,从无序走向有序的系统,并针对3G战略网络的形成,对战略网络的自组织特性进行了实证研究。

Strategic network is a new form of organization, both its mechanisms for forming and evolution process display a notable self-organizing characteristic. This paper thinks that the strategic network is a sort of dissipative structure as a self-organization system without any order from outside. This system has the characteristics of self-emerging, self-adapting and self- duplicating and can evolve from the disorder to the order. We can also use self-organizing theory to explain the formation of 3G network.
