摘要
公务员在履行公职过程中,其精神状态直接影响行政管理工作所涉及的各个领域,从而影响工作大局和广大民众的利益。为进一步完善行政管理工作运行机制,推动法治政府的构建,更好地实现和维护广大民众的利益,应不断提高广大公务员的幸福指数。本文着重从行政管理工作运行机制的层面,分析了公务员幸福指数的特点及当前影响公务员幸福指数的原因,探讨了公务员幸福指数稳定增长的路径。
Civil servant in the course of performance public office,its spirit condition affect directly each field which involve Administration work,even affect work situation and the benefit large-scale the people,spirit condition is concrete embodiment of happiness index.In order to perfect movement mechanism of administration management work.In order to found government of which is administered by law.And realize and safeguard the benefit of large-scale the people.Enhance constantly the happiness index of large-scale the people.This article have analysed the characteristic of happiness index from the movement mechanism of administration management work and the factor which affect the happiness index of civil servant in current,This article have analyse the route of the happiness index of civil servant which grow equable.
