摘要
监督法规范了人大常委会的监督权,加强和改进了监督工作,增强了监督实效,促进了依法行政和公正司法。但监督法仍存在监督主体窄、监督形式不够多、程序不够细化和对监督者的监督不到位的问题,这些问题亟待完善。
Supervisory law standards right of supervision as the people＇s congress standing committee.It plays very important part in improving supervisory work and strengthening results so on.But it has some questions to improving such as narrow supervisory subject,few supervisory forms.
