摘要
将30例行内镜下逆行胰胆管造影（ERCP）的患者随机分为生长抑素（施他宁）治疗组及使用生理盐水的对照组。结果显示，生长抑素可明显减少ERCP的插管时间，减少ERCP术后疼痛的发生（P＜0．05），亦可明显减少ERCP后血尿淀粉酶波动峰值（P＜0.05）。作者认为，生长抑素可方便插管，降低ERCP术后并发症的发生，可作为一种ERCP检查中有效的预防用药。
The aim of this work was to study the pleventive effectof somatostain upon the complication afer ERCP. 30 patientsWere randomly chosen receiving either somatostam(intraveo- usly 250Iμg drip 1hrs during ERCP ) or isotoruc saline asplacebo. Results : Somastostain significantly significantly shortened thetime of cannulation in ERCP, decretised the pain pain presentedafter ERCP(P <0. 05 ), and also dramatically diminished themaximal incarease of serum amylase and urinary amylase(P< 0.05). Concluion: Somatostain makes papillary cannula-tion more easy,diminishs the occurrence complication afterERCP, somatostain could provide endoscopists with an effi-cient therapeutic too of perventing the complication tollowingERCP.
