角膜移植术后院外用药依从性调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Drug Therapy Compliance in keratoplasty and Its Related Factors

目的:探讨角膜移植术后院外用药依从性及其相关因素。方法:在我院进行角膜移植治疗并出院0.5 a以上的50例患者进行用药情况及相关因素的问卷调查,所有数据进行统计学分析。结果:在被调查50例患者中院外用药依从率仅为26%,影响其用药依从性的因素为性别、文化程度和经济收入的差异。结论:护理人员应积极拓展医疗服务范围,加强对患者的健康教育,启动家庭支持系统,从而提高患者院外用药依从性。

Objective To investigate the factors which influence on drug treatment compliance of keratoplasty and to avoid or eliminate these factor as possible for improving the therapeutic effect of this disease. Methods 50 patients after keratoplasty over six months received the investigation about taking medicine and relative factors . All date were analyzed by SPSS 12.0. Results The compliant rate of taking medicine out hospital are the differences of sex and education degree as well as salary. Conclusion The nurses should do their utmost to expand the range of pharmaceutical care , and confidence of treatment out hospital of patient ,as well as start family support system in order improve compliance of taking medicine out hospital of patients.
