肺康复计划对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者生存质量的影响

目的 探讨肺康复计划对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者生存质量的影响。方法 对40例COPD患者在稳定期进行呼吸康复训练,同时坚持长期氧疗（LTOT）,配合营养支持6-9个月后分别用生存质量量表（SF-36）和6 min步行距离（6MWD）进行生存质量和运动能力测评。结果 肺康复计划后患者生存质量和运动能力评分与肺康复计划前比较,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.001）。结论 肺康复计划能够显著提高COPD患者的生存质量和运动能力。
