尿毒症患者内瘘的护理问题及干预

The nursing problems of internal fistula in uremia patients and the intervention

目的探讨尿毒症患者动-静脉内瘘围手术期及内瘘使用期的护理问题并通过护理干预总结护理体会。方法对我院1999-2005年12月以来以动-静脉内瘘为血管通路的70例门诊尿毒症患者内瘘围手术期及内瘘使用期进行系统的护理干预。结果70例患者内瘘手术一次性成功64例,占91.4%;6例手术不成功行二次手术,占8.6%;内瘘使用长期通畅者60例,占85.7%。因栓塞不通者4例,占5.7%。内瘘使用期最长达8年。结论通过对尿毒症患者动静脉内瘘围手术期及内瘘使用期的系统护理,能较好地保障内瘘通畅率及减少并发症。

Objective To explore the nursing problems of arteriovenous internal fistula of uremia patients during the peri-operation and the using period,and to summarize the nursing experiences through nursing intervention.Methods The systemic nursing intervention were given to 70 uremia outpatients during the peri-operation and the using period of internal fistula,whose arteriovenous internal fistulas were vessel pathways from 1999 to December of 2005.Results The one-time success rate was 91.4%（64 cases）among 70 cases.6 cases received the second one because of an unsuccessful operation,accounting for 8.6%.The internal fistula of 60 cases maintained a long-term patency,accounting for 85.7%.The internal fistula of 4 cases was obstructed because of embolism,accounting for 5.7%.The usage period of internal fistula was up to 8 years.Conclusions The systemic nursing of uremia patients during the peri-operation and the using period of internal fistula can preferably guarantee the patency rate of internal fistula and reduce the complications.
