经口气管插管病人2种口腔护理方法的临床观察

The clinical observation of two oral care methods in patients with oral endotracheal tube

目的对经口气管插管病人口腔护理方法的改进,有效防止经口气管插管病人口臭及口腔炎的发生。方法将经口气管插管病人口腔护理传统用生理盐水棉球擦洗加冲洗与生理盐水反复冲洗加灭滴灵棉球擦洗方法进行比较。结果使用生理盐水反复冲洗加灭滴灵棉球擦洗新方法与传统方法行口腔护理比较,病人的口腔清洁度明显改善（P〈0.001）,口腔炎的发生明显降低（P〈0.05）。结论使用生理盐水反复冲洗加灭滴灵棉球擦洗的新方法,可以减少口腔细菌定植,保持口腔清洁,防止口臭及口腔炎的发生,减少因口腔分泌物下流等引起的呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生。

Objective To improve the oral care methods for patients with oral endotracheal tube, and to efficiently prevent the foul breath and the inflammatory of the oral cavity. Methods The improved method of repeatedly douching of the normal saline combined with scrubing of the Arilin cotton ball was compared to the traditional method of scrubing and douching of the normal saline cotton ball. Results The improved method was superior to the traditional method. The cleanliness degree of oral cavity was obviously improved, P〈0.001. The occurrence of stomatitis was obviously decreased, P〈0.05. Conclusions The improved method can decrease the germ field planting, keep clean, prevent the foul breath and inflammatory at the oral cavity, and decrease the occurrence of breathing machine correlated pneumonic caused by the down flow of oral secretion.
