心理护理对体外受精-胚胎移植成功率的影响

Effect of mental nursing on achievement ratio of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer

目的：探讨心理护理对体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF-ET）成功率的影响。方法：选择2004年1月-2005年12月采用IVF-ET技术治疗的1518例（1661个周期）不孕症患者,随机分为A、B2组,A组816例,927周期,将心理护理贯穿于体外受精-胚胎移植整个过程中。B组702例,734周期,进行常规的护理。观察2组临床妊娠率。结果：2组临床妊娠率有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：IVF-ET治疗过程中除了生物学上的治疗外,全程的心理疏导是提高IVF-ET成功率的关键。

Objective To approach the effect of mental nursing on achievement ratio of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer （IVF—ET）. Methods 1518 patients （1661 cycles） who were treated with IVF—ET were were divided into Group A and group B randomly. 816 patients （927cycles） were in group A who were given mental nursing. 702 patients （734 cycles） were in group B who were given routine nursing. Achievement ratio （IVF—ET） was analyzed in the two groups. Results Significant difference was found between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Mental nursing is necessary in IVF— ET besides the therapy of biology.
