一次性输液器瓶塞穿刺针插入液体软包装袋胶塞位置的研究

A study on one time infusion apparatus transfixion pin＇s position on rubber stopper of soft liquid package

目的：探讨一次性输液器瓶塞穿刺针插入液体软包装袋胶塞的位置,防止静脉输液过程中顺管流液的发生。方法：从住院的老年患者需要进行静脉输液的492例中随机抽取400例,分成实验组和对照组,实验组200例应用一次性输液器瓶塞穿刺针插入液体软包装袋胶塞的中心位置,并与对照组应用一次性输液器瓶塞穿刺针插入液体软包装袋胶塞加入药物的位置做对照,观察2组漏液情况。结果：实验组和对照组漏液情况,数据经统计学处理,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。2组漏液率比较,实验组漏液率为0,而对照组漏液率为20%。结论：一次性输液器瓶塞穿刺针插入液体软包装袋胶塞的中心位置方法简单,操作方便易行,避免药物的丢失,提高护理工作质量。

Objective To probe one time infusion apparatus transfixion pin＇s position on rubber stopper of soft liquid package, in order to prevent liquid flowing along infusion tube during intravenous transfusion. Methods 400 cases were selected randomly from 492 cases of senile patients who required intravenous transfusion, and were divided into experimental group and control group. In experimental group, one time infusion apparatus transfixion pin was inserted into the center of rubber stopper of liquid package, while in control group, the transfixion pin was inserted into the rubber stopper＇s given position for medicine, weeping of two groups was observed. Results Weeping rate of experimental group （0）was lower than that of control group（20.00 %）, the difference was significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions It is simple, convenient and feasible method of inserting one time infusion apparatus transfixion pin into the center of rubber stopper of soft liquid package, which can avoid loss of medicine, ensure the normal ther- apeutical effect of medicine, and improve the quality of nursing service.
