Nursing and cooperation of artificial total hip joint rebuilding operation

目的：探讨人工全髋关节翻修手术的护理配合方法。方法：对我院83例全髋关节翻修手术在采取常规手术配合的基础上,术前进行充分的特殊器械物品准备,选派经验丰富、技术娴熟的护士配合。结果：83例全髋关节翻修手术顺利完成,手术护理配合效果满意。结论：充分的术前准备,高质量的术中配合是人工全髋关节翻修手术顺利完成的重要环节。

Objective To investigate the cooperating method to support artificial total hip joint rebuilding operation. Methods On the basis of adopting the routine cooperation for 83 cases of artificial total hip joint rebuilding operation in our hospital, the special instruments were sufficiently prepared and the skilled nurses with rich experience were chosen to cooperate with the doctors. Results 83 cases of artificial total hip joint rebuilding operation were all smoothly accomplished, and the cooperating effect in the operation was satisfied. Conclusions A sufficient preoperative preparation and a high--quality cooperation during operation are critical to complete the artificial total hip joint rebuilding operation smoothly.
