心理护理对肿瘤患者化疗期间心理状态的影响

Influence of psychological nursing on cancer patients in chemotherapy

目的通过了解肿瘤患者化疗期间的抑郁、焦虑等不良心理状态,并给予系统心理护理干预,减轻化疗副作用,提高生活质量。方法选择40例化疗患者,采用汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和汉密顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评价心理护理前1周及心理护理后4～6周心理状态。结果心理护理干预后抑郁和焦虑评分明显优于干预前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论心理护理干预可明显减轻患者化疗期间不良心理状态,提高生活质量。

Objective To alleviate the side-effects of chemotherapy and to improve the life quality of cancer patients in chemotherapy through understanding the unhealthy psychological situations, such as depression and anxiety and the like, and giving the intervention of systematic psychological nursing. Methods 40 patients were selected to evaluate their psychological situations 1 week before and 4～6 weeks after the psychological nursing, using the Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA）. Results The scores of depression and anxiety after the intervention of psychological nursing were obviously better than that before the intervention, showing a statistical meaning （P〈0.01）. Conclusions The intervention of psychological nursing can alleviate the unhealthy psychological situations of patients in chemotherapy, and significantly improve their life quality.
