摘要
前列腺癌近距离治疗是泌尿外科领域一项能根治前列腺癌的微创疗法,介绍了对65例行该治疗患者的手术前后护理。手术前进行心理护理,向患者详细介绍手术有关注意事项;手术后在做好常规护理的同时,加强体位护理,指导患者及家属做好放射防护护理,密切观察患者的各项症状和体征,及时发现以尿路刺激症为主的各种并发症的发生。本组患者术后未发生严重并发症,治疗及护理效果均满意。
It is subtle trauma therapeusis to prostatic carcinoma patients underwent short distance therapy in the field of urinary surgery.This article introduced the peri-operation nursing methods on 65 prostatic carcinoma patients with short distance therapy.Psychological nursing was carried out and announcements about operation were introuduced to patients before operation.After operation,nursing measures were conducted,including usual care,strengthening body position nursing,direction of radioprotection,observation of symptoms and sign closely,finding complications dominated with urinary tract infection timly.There was no complication in every patient in the study,we are satisfied with effectiveness of treatment and nursing.
