摘要
目的探讨护理本科生自我概念与应付方式的关系,为培养积极自我概念和良好应对机制提供理论依据。方法采用田纳西自我概念量表(TSCS)及应付方式问卷对239名护理本科女生进行调查。结果护理本科生的自我概念总体较积极,多采用成熟的应付行为。不同自我概念水平的护理本科生其应付方式存在差异(P<0.01,P<0.05);自我概念总分和解决问题、求助因子呈正相关(均P<0.01),与自责、幻想、退避、合理化因子呈负相关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论护理本科生的自我概念和应付方式相互影响,应重视二者关系,培养其积极的自我概念和良好的应对机制。
Objective To analyze the relationship between self-concept and coping style, and to provide theoretical basis for educators to help the baccalaureate nursing students (BNS) building positive self-concept and good coping style. Methods Tennessee self-concept scale (TSCS) and coping style questionnaire were used to investigate self-concept and coping style of 239 BNS. Results The BNS had positive self-concept, and they mostly took mature coping behavior. There was statistically significant difference in coping styles among different groups divided by self-concept level (P〈 0. 01); There were positive correlations between total self-concept and settling question factor, asking for help factor (P〈0.01,P〈0.05), and there were negative correlations between total self-concept and self-abuse factor, fantasy factor, retread factor, rationalization factor (P〈0.05,P〈0.01). Conclusion Self-concept and coping style affect each other. It's necessary to help the BNS' building positive self-concept and good coping style.
